The Burleigh Royal Wedding Collection

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue...

Since Burleigh was launched in 1851 we have always had an association with special occasions and gifts.

With our rich heritage and history we have already produced commemorative ware for many of the royal celebrations such as King George and Edward's Coronations and Charles and Diana's wedding.

To celebrate the wedding of Prince William & Catherine Middleton we are launching 3 limited edition pieces to complement one of our iconic patterns.

Asiatic Pheasant is a quintessentially English design and one of our best selling patterns which has been in production at Burleigh for over 150 years. In Chinese culture the pheasant symbolises nobility, fortune & beauty which are attributes we already associate with the happy couple.

The range incorporates 2 sizes of plates and in celebration of the event we searched our archives and resurrected the union jack handled mug. This item was originally produced in 1936 to commemorate the jubilee of George V and Queen Mary.

Each item has a special commemorative back stamp and as a finishing touch we’ve added a crown to one of the pheasants to represent Prince William.

To make these pieces extra special we have limited availability.

The Burleigh Royal Wedding collection consists of:
