Firstly we would confirm that any order placed with credit card details through our website is secure; you can see this by the THAWTE logo on the ordering screen.
1. Click on a product which will give you the price and the dimensions. Then enter the number of pieces you require and "Add to basket". If you want to see your basket at any point just go to "View Basket".
2. Once you have finished shopping click onto "View Basket", then "Go to checkout". Simply fill in your address, different delivery address if applicable, your phone number etc and then your credit card details. Then click "Purchase".

Postage Costs
Postal charges vary depending on where you live and total value of your order. Please see below for postage costs:
Delivery Date
Please note Delivery of best quality items may take up to 28 days and 2nds & discontinued pottery normally reaches customers in 7 days, however orders placed between the 21st of December and 3rd of January will take longer due to the festive holidays. We are working very hard to get all packages to our customers as soon as possible.
Overseas orders will take longer than stated delivery times.
Once your order has been received please allow up to 28 days for delivery, most orders will be despatched within 14 days.

Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase or it is faulty we will issue a refund. However we cannot reimburse the postage costs unless the item is faulty or delivered to you in error. As mentioned above please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
