Burleigh’s Gin Recipe

Burleigh’s Gin have used one of our distinctive Moustache Mugs for their ‘Foxhound Toddy’ cocktail. Mixing Burleigh’s Export Strength Gin with a dash of winter spiced syrup, pressed apple juice and lemon juice, this cocktail is the go-to tipple on a cold winter’s evening.


40ml Burleigh’s Export Strength Gin

30ml Winter spiced syrup*

150ml Pressed apple juice

10ml Lemon juice


  • Heat the apple juice, syrup and lemon juice together on a stove or cappuccino wand
  • Serve in your preferred mug
  • Add the gin before serving
  • Garnish with clove-studded orange zest

*Winter spiced syrup contains cinnamon cloves, allspice, star anise, liquorice root, orange and lemon zest and chopped glaze cherries.
