Step Into Autumn

As the leaves begin to turn crisp, and the colours upon our trees transcend into beautiful shades of ochre, it's time to set your table with autumn finery – introducing our brand new Green Regal Peacock collection; create the most beautiful autumnal and winter gatherings, combined with Black Regal Peacock or styled alone, it is regal by name and regal by nature.

First introduced in 1913, our Regal Peacock design was presented to King George V and Queen Mary by Burgess & Leigh on their royal visit to the Potteries. A century later in 2013, a refreshed copper engraving was produced, restoring Regal Peacock’s rightful place in Burleigh’s range, and in 2021 the pattern remains a firm favourite, currently available in Black and our classic Burleigh Blue. It is a fitting end to our 170th anniversary year to reimagine this iconic pattern in a deep, bottle green; a contemporary update to a time-honoured design, allowing you to step into autumn in style.

Hand-decorated in a timeless Burleigh design and adorned in a rich palette of green and white. Designed and handcrafted in England with the heritage, craftsmanship and quality you know and expect from Burleigh. A modern interpretation of a much loved pattern, dating back to 1913. A timeless classic reimagined, designed to be layered and curated within your own eclectic style, shop our Green Regal Peacock collection, available now.

If you prefer our classic blue hues, of course the trailing blossoms of our Blue Calico collection layered beautifully with Blue Regal Peacock and Blue Arden, each remain firm favourites year round, similarly to our Ink Blue Collection One with shades of blue lending themselves to our autumnal surroundings, doused in nature telling the story of  floral lifecycle and continuing to bring the outside in simply through the textures and the tacit artistry depicted on our ware.
